We experienced the start of a septic backup at night when it was below zero. The voicemail gave me an emergency backup number to call. He had me take pictures of the tanks and talked me thru some options on the phone, even though he was out of state. The next morning, we had someone show up right away by 8am. In 10 below temperatures, tthey had the system cleaned and ready to use within an hour. Great service in an emergency situation prevented us from having to deal with a bad situation.
